Before you impersonate this account
You are about to log in as a customer. Read the following carefully:
Close every open tab on any successteam.com page (including your own
account) before opening the link, otherwise the sessions will conflict. Preferably use a
private / incognito window.
The impersonation token expires after 1 hour, after which you will be
logged out of the customer's account.
Be careful what you do in the customer's account - every action is
performed as the customer and is visible to them and their team.
Any deletion or modification is permanent and cannot be reverted.
Do not change the password, email, billing or subscription settings, and do not send
messages, invitations or answers on the customer's behalf unless they explicitly asked
you to.
Do not share the link - anyone who has it can access the account until the token
expires.
This impersonation is logged against your admin account.
Log out of the customer's account as soon as you are done.
